Deposits
A NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposit is REQUIRED in which that deposit goes toward your service cost for appointment. Prices are subject to change.
Lateness
You are given a 10 min grace period. A late fee will applied if you arrived after grace period. S service may be reduced due to time constraints depending on services being done.
Nail Health
I DO NOT work over damage nail plates, skin or other techs work . Picture of nails must be sent during consultation/email process to ensure optimal nail health.
RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATIONS
Appointments MUST be cancelled 24 HOURS PRIOR to appointment. Failure to do so will result in remaining balance being due. If you do not pay the remaining balance you will be banned from booking.
If you’d like to reschedule it must be within the same month of your current appointment. Rescheduling into the next month will require a new deposit. No call no shows will result in being banned.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be charged 100% FULL SERVICE FEE for service
Payments
Cash, Zelle, Debit/Credit & Tap to pay are only forms of payment accepted.
Cash app, Apple Pay & Venmo are NOT ACCEPTED.
Appointment Duration
Appointments are scheduled for a minimum of 2 hrs to ensure my services are done efficiently. Please allocate the appropriate amount of time to designate solely to your appointment.
